Digital Product Terms

These terms apply to digital products sold by ValueBurrow, such as spreadsheets and templates ("Products").

Purchase and delivery

Products are sold and delivered through our external storefront partner (currently Ko-fi). Payment is processed securely by that storefront and its payment providers. ValueBurrow never receives or stores your card details. After a successful payment, the storefront gives you a download link on screen and by email. Prices are in US dollars, and taxes may be added at checkout where required.

License

Each purchase grants one person a personal, non-transferable license to use the Product for their own collecting or reselling activity, including commercial resale of their own items. You may not resell, share, redistribute, upload or give away the Product file or substantial parts of it, whether modified or not.

Compatibility

Spreadsheets are built for Microsoft Excel (.xlsx). They may open in Google Sheets or Apple Numbers, but some formatting or formulas may behave differently. Please check the requirements on the product page before buying.

Refunds

Because digital files can't be returned, all sales are final once the file has been delivered. If your file is damaged, won't open, or isn't the product described, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we'll fix it, send a replacement or refund you. This doesn't limit any rights you have under consumer law.

No guarantees of results

Products are planning tools. Calculations depend on the numbers you enter. They are not financial, tax or legal advice, and we don't guarantee any profit or outcome.

Support

For download problems, questions or refund requests, use our contact page and include your order email and purchase date. We aim to reply within 2 business days.

Changes

We may update Products and these terms. Updates to a Product you bought may be offered through the storefront at our discretion.
